About Triosmore & Montrio Studio
What is Triosmore?
Triosmore is the online shop created by Montrio Studio. We offer tarot decks, Lenormand decks, oracle cards, runes, reading cloths, and other mystical accessories for readers, collectors, and people who appreciate symbolic art and distinctive card design.
Many products on Triosmore are connected to projects, artists, and creative studios we have worked with. Our shop allows us to continue sharing these creations after their original launch, crowdfunding campaign, or limited release.
What is Montrio Studio?
Montrio Studio is an independent creative studio based in Montreal, Canada. We work with original artists, designers, and creative teams to help bring distinctive cultural and mystical products to a wider audience.
Our main focus is on tarot decks, oracle cards, Lenormand decks, runes, and related creative products. Many of our projects are introduced through Kickstarter, where we help present original ideas, visual concepts, and collectible editions to readers and backers around the world.
Is Triosmore the same as Montrio Studio?
Triosmore and Montrio Studio are connected, but they are not exactly the same.
Montrio Studio is the creative studio behind our projects and collaborations. Triosmore is the online shop created as an extension of the studio, where we offer selected products from our past projects, partner creators, and creative collaborations.
In simple terms, Montrio Studio is the studio, and Triosmore is the shop.
What is your studio philosophy?
Connect your masterpiece with the aesthete.
We believe that meaningful creative projects deserve to be seen by the people who can truly appreciate them.
At Montrio Studio and Triosmore, we value beauty, symbolism, storytelling, atmosphere, and emotional connection. Whether we are launching a Kickstarter project or offering a deck through our online shop, our goal is to help distinctive creative work reach readers, collectors, and art lovers around the world.

Decks & Products
What kinds of products does Triosmore offer?
Triosmore offers tarot decks, oracle cards, Lenormand decks, runes, reading cloths, and related mystical accessories. Our collection includes products for divination, self-reflection, spiritual practice, journaling, meditation, ritual space decoration, and art collection.
Some items are practical reading tools, while others are selected for their artwork, symbolism, atmosphere, packaging, or collectible value. We focus on products that feel distinctive, meaningful, and connected to the world of mystical and symbolic design.
How do I choose the right deck for me?
The right deck depends on your reading style, experience level, and personal taste. To make choosing easier, Triosmore uses product badges to help describe each deck’s main qualities, such as Beginner Friendly, Intuitive, Advanced, Universal, Self-Reflection, Ritual, Collectible, Comic, Illustration, Traditional, and Minimal.
If you are new to tarot or card reading, you may want to start with decks marked Beginner Friendly, Universal, or Traditional. If you prefer personal reflection, meditation, or spiritual practice, badges like Self-Reflection, Intuitive, or Ritual may be helpful. For art lovers and collectors, Collectible, Illustration, Comic, or Minimal can help you find a style that fits your taste.
Are your tarot decks beginner-friendly?
Some tarot decks at Triosmore are beginner-friendly, especially those inspired by the Rider–Waite–Smith system or supported by a guidebook. These decks usually have clearer symbolic structures and are easier for new readers to approach.
Other decks may be more artistic, atmospheric, abstract, or collector-focused. They can still be used for readings, but they may be better suited for intuitive readers, experienced tarot users, or collectors who enjoy visual storytelling and unique deck systems.
Do all your tarot decks follow the Rider–Waite–Smith system?
No. Many tarot decks offered through Triosmore are inspired by the Rider–Waite–Smith system, but not all follow it strictly. Some decks reinterpret traditional tarot through a specific art style, story world, cultural theme, or symbolic language.
Other projects may use independent systems, original card meanings, or non-traditional structures. When a deck is RWS-inspired, beginner-friendly, non-RWS, or built on an original system, we try to make this clear on the product page.
Are your products suitable for collectors?
Yes. Many products on Triosmore are selected with collectors in mind. We often offer decks and accessories with distinctive artwork, special packaging, gilded edges, foil details, unique themes, limited-edition elements, or connections to independent creators and Kickstarter projects.
Some collectors are drawn to the reading system, while others value the visual design, production details, worldbuilding, or rarity of a deck. We try to include product details whenever available to help collectors make informed choices.

Artists & Original Work
Do you work with independent artists and creative studios?
Yes. Montrio Studio works with independent artists, illustrators, designers, and creative studios on selected tarot, oracle, Lenormand, rune, and mystical art projects.
Some products on Triosmore come from these collaborations, while others are selected from creative partners whose work fits our focus on symbolism, atmosphere, and distinctive visual design.
Does Triosmore create all the decks it sells?
Not always. Triosmore offers a mix of products connected to projects Montrio Studio has helped launch, publish, or present, along with selected items from creative partners.
Montrio Studio often works with original creators on project presentation and crowdfunding launches, while Triosmore serves as the online shop where selected products can remain available after a campaign, release, or collaboration.
Are the artworks original?
Many products offered through Triosmore are based on original artwork, independent illustration, symbolic design, or creator-led visual concepts.
Because Triosmore includes products from different artists, studios, and partners, the exact creative background may vary by item. When a product has a known artist, creator, publisher, or studio, we aim to include that information on the product page.
Do your decks use AI-generated artwork?
For projects that Montrio Studio helps launch or present, we place strong emphasis on original artwork and creator-led design. If a deck is promoted as non-AI, hand-created, or made through a specific artistic process, we will state that clearly on the product page, campaign page, or project materials.
Because Triosmore may also offer selected products from different creators or partners, please check each product page for the most accurate artwork information.

Kickstarter Projects
Does Montrio Studio launch Kickstarter projects?
Yes. Montrio Studio works with original artists, designers, and creative studios to launch selected tarot, oracle, Lenormand, rune, and mystical art projects on Kickstarter.
Kickstarter allows us to introduce new projects, present their stories and design concepts, and connect them with readers, collectors, and backers who are interested in independent creative work.
Is Triosmore connected to Kickstarter campaigns?
Yes. Triosmore is connected to selected projects launched or supported by Montrio Studio. After a Kickstarter campaign ends, some products may later become available through Triosmore, depending on inventory, production plans, creator agreements, and edition availability.
Can I buy a deck after its Kickstarter campaign ends?
In many cases, yes. Some decks and related products may become available on Triosmore after their Kickstarter campaign has ended.
However, availability is not guaranteed. Some Kickstarter rewards, limited editions, stretch goals, early-bird gifts, or special bundles may be exclusive to the original campaign. Please check the product page for the current edition and included items.
Are Kickstarter editions the same as shop editions?
Not always. Kickstarter editions may include campaign-exclusive rewards, early-bird gifts, stretch goal items, special bundles, limited packaging, or collector bonuses that are not included in the regular shop edition.
When a product is listed on Triosmore after a campaign, please check the product description, images, and included items to understand which edition is available.
Where can I find your current or past Kickstarter projects?
You can find current or past Kickstarter projects through our official links, campaign updates, product pages, newsletters, and social media channels. When a product on Triosmore is connected to a Kickstarter campaign, we may mention that connection in the product description or related project information.
For the latest project news, upcoming launches, restocks, and campaign-related updates, we recommend following Triosmore / Montrio Studio through our website, email updates, and official social platforms.

Product Details & Guidebooks
Do your decks include guidebooks?
Some decks include a printed guidebook, some include a digital guidebook, and others may provide guidebook access through a QR code or downloadable file. The guidebook format varies by product.
Please check each product page for the most accurate information about whether a guidebook is included and whether it is printed or digital.
Are the guidebooks in English?
Yes. All products offered through Triosmore include English guidebook content.
Some products may come with a printed guidebook in English, while others may include a digital English guidebook or QR code access. If the physical guidebook included with a product is in another language, we can provide an English digital version upon request.
If you need the English guidebook file, please contact us with your order information.
Where can I find product specifications?
Product specifications are usually listed on each product page when available. These may include the number of cards, card size, cardstock, finish, edge treatment, box type, guidebook format, included accessories, and edition details.
Because our products come from different creators, studios, and production batches, specifications may vary from item to item.
Are product photos exactly the same as the final item?
We try to present product photos as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, photography, printing batches, or material finishes.
For handmade, specialty, or limited-edition items, small variations may also occur. Please check the product description and images before ordering.
What is the difference between standard, collector, and limited editions?
Edition names may vary by project. In general, a standard edition is usually the regular version of a product, while a collector or limited edition may include upgraded packaging, special finishes, gilded edges, bonus items, exclusive artwork, or other limited features.
Please check each product page for the exact differences between editions.

How long does shipping usually take?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
After dispatch, international shipping usually takes about 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery service. Tracking information will be provided when available, but tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, when tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

Are customs duties or import taxes included?
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges are not included unless clearly stated otherwise.
These fees are set by the destination country or region and are usually the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary, so we recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
Why do you need my tax identification number?
Some countries or regions require a local tax identification number for customs clearance. This may include numbers such as CPF, CUIT, DNI, RUT, VOEC-related information, or other local tax IDs depending on the destination.
If this information is required for your shipment, we may contact you before dispatch to avoid customs delays or failed delivery.
What happens if my package is delayed by customs?
Customs delays can happen due to local inspection, missing information, import duties, tax ID requirements, or high shipping volume.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking page first. If additional information is requested by customs or the shipping carrier, please respond as soon as possible. You can also contact us for assistance.
What should I do if my package is returned due to customs or failed delivery?
