Return & Refund Policy

At Triosmore, we specialize in tarot decks, Lenormand decks, oracle decks, runes, accessories, and other collectible items. Because many of our products are limited-run, imported, or carefully packed collectible goods, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer care with the nature of our products.


1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • be in its original packaging

  • include all original contents, inserts, bonuses, and accessories

  • not be marked as final sale, limited sale, preorder, crowdfunding reward, or non-returnable

To start a return, please contact us first at support@triosmore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

2. Non-returnable items

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • opened or used card decks

  • opened collectible products

  • digital products or downloadable content

  • gift cards

  • crowdfunding rewards, preorder items, and campaign add-ons

  • limited edition or final sale items

  • customized or personalized products

Because our products are often collectible in nature, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, shuffled, or altered after delivery unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

 

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@triosmore.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the outer packaging

  • a short description of the issue

After review, we may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the situation:

  • replacement

  • partial refund

  • full refund

  • store credit

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

 

4. Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our mistake.

If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

We may refuse or reduce a refund if:

  • the item is returned used, opened, or damaged beyond inspection

  • parts, inserts, gifts, or accessories are missing

  • the return is sent back without prior approval

  • the return request is made outside the eligible return window

 

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or marked as fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.

Preorder and crowdfunding-related orders may have different cancellation rules depending on the product page or campaign terms.

 

7. Failed delivery / refused packages / incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • failure to collect the parcel

  • refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes

  • refusal of delivery for personal reasons

If a parcel is returned to us due to the reasons above, we may refund the order minus original shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, and any handling fees, where applicable.


8. Customs duties and import taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and local handling charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

These charges are not refundable by Triosmore.
