Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse in China.

In-stock orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is usually 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country, carrier, customs processing, and local postal service.

Pre-order items will begin processing once the product is ready to ship. The total delivery timeline for pre-order products includes the processing time plus the estimated shipping time after fulfillment begins.

Tracking information will be provided when available. In some cases, both international tracking and local tracking may be provided if the local carrier uses a different tracking number after the package arrives in the destination country.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your address, please contact us before the order has been shipped. Once a package has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may also be affected by customs delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
